Visiting partners within the EMEA region (and beyond) to strengthen relationships and develop new business is what gets you excited. Having a commercial drive is in your DNA. The department you will work in is the Sales and Marketing department where you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director. NetDialog is very dynamic and flexible towards their employees and supports and encourages you to work on your (personal) growth. Your responsibilities are to represent NetDialog, gain trust from the partner community and to build strong and steady relationships with different stakeholders at NetDialog’s partners. How will you reach your goal? Traveling to meet our partners and to develop new or grow existing business is not a problem for you at all. In fact, you will be expected to engage proactively. You will give presentations to (technical) sales teams on software updates, but also train sales teams how to sell NetDialog’s products. During those meetings, you will receive feedback from the (technical) sales teams, which you will have to process internally towards the operations or R&D department. Developing business plans to strategically explore and grow within new markets, should be the basis of your success.

The ideal candidate

You are our ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the field of New Business Sales or Account Management in an international environment. You know how to represent the company and do not hesitate to show initiative. It comes natural to you to act and convince at C-level. You get a thrill out of closing deals and building relationships.

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a role as account manager or similar;
  • An enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm and willingness to work unsociable hours;
  • Proactive in your approach;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written (Dutch and English);
  • Good listening ability;
  • Self-starter and team player;
  • Go-getter;
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
